Store Diagnostic
An AI Diagnostic for your online store.
We go through your store's processes one by one, with the people who do them. Within 10 working days of the kick-off meeting, you get the plan in writing: what can move to AI, where to start and what it costs.

Example, fictional store: an extract from Sapataria Ribeira's process map. Answering “where's my order?”, Marta, 6 hours a week: in the plan, the agent does it alone. Refunds and exchanges outside the return window, Marta, 2 hours: asks for approval. Product pages for the new collection, Sónia, 5 hours: proposal for approval. Orders to suppliers, João, 3 hours: stays with the team.
Everything your team repeats, process by process.
If a rule has exceptions, the exceptions are what we're interested in.
01 · Customer service
The channels, the questions that keep coming back, exchanges, returns and refunds, and who approves what.
02 · Catalogue and pricing
How product pages, translations and photos get made, and how prices and margins are decided.
03 · Tools
The platform, invoicing, carriers, helpdesk, CRM and spreadsheets.
04 · The rest of operations
Orders to suppliers, stock, shipping and marketing: what your team does by hand.
If your team does it every week, following rules that can be written down, it can move to the agent.
From payment to plan, in five steps.
On the store's side, there's the kick-off meeting and the sessions. The rest is on us.

What the store keeps.
1 · Process map
Each process as it is today: who does it, how long it takes and where the exceptions are.
2 · What moves to AI, by priority
What the agent can do, what stays with your team, and the proposed autonomy levels and limits for each action.
3 · The integrations, one by one
The tools we connect, the ones we don't and the ones still to be assessed.
4 · Implementation proposal
A project or a pilot, with the weeks, the dates and the price.
Which stores it's for.
ShopGuru isn't for anyone looking to cut their team. It's for store owners who want to take hours away from “where's my order?” and put them into selling.
It's for stores that:
- sell on Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop or another platform;
- have a team of 1 to 10 people serving customers and looking after the catalogue;
- repeat the same tasks every week, often out of hours;
- have rules with exceptions that no software has managed to follow;
- want to decide, action by action, what the agent does on its own.
It's not for:
- anyone after a cheap widget to put on the site and forget about;
- anyone who wants the agent to change prices or issue refunds without approval;
- anyone who doesn't have an online store yet.
What people ask us before the Diagnostic
How much of my team's time does it take?
The kick-off meeting takes 45 minutes. After that, each person who runs a process has a video session with an engineer. You choose times when the store is quieter.
Who needs to take part in the sessions?
Whoever does each process: whoever answers customers, whoever looks after the catalogue, whoever packs the orders. In a two-person store, that's two sessions. Whoever makes the decisions should be at the final meeting.
How long until the first process is up and running?
The plan arrives 10 working days after the kick-off meeting, with the sessions already done. If you go ahead, implementation takes 3 to 4 weeks, and the first process is running by the end of the first week. These timescales are indicative.
And if I don't go ahead, what happens to the €490?
The €490 pays for the work of the Diagnostic. You keep the written plan and can use it with another company or put it into practice yourself. If you go ahead with the Implementation within 60 days of receiving the plan, the €490 is deducted from its price.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, in two cases: if you cancel before the kick-off meeting, or if, at that meeting, we conclude that ShopGuru isn't right for your store. In both cases we refund the full €490. After the meeting there is no refund: the plan has been delivered and it's yours.
What comes after the Diagnostic?
The plan ends with an Implementation proposal: a full project or a pilot, priced separately. After the Implementation, we keep looking after the agent every month: we watch it, test its answers, propose fixes and add whatever the store needs, with a direct line to us for your team.
Do I have to change platform?
No. ShopGuru connects to the store you already have: Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop and other platforms. The plan says which of your other tools we can connect, which we can't and which are still to be assessed.
Do I get an invoice with my tax number (NIF)?
Yes. The invoice is issued on certified software, with the tax number (NIF) given at payment, and arrives by email.
